In chapter 13, Holden tells the guy in the elevator that he is 22. What age do you look forward to being, and why?

    21 because i can go to vegas and gamble but not get into a gabling addiction.

    i look foward to be in my mid 20s becasue ill graduating college and really get to start my life.

    I look forward to my 20's because i will be graduated from college and will be independent.

    I look forward to being in my 20's because that is when you can do what every you want and your no longer restricted from thing because of you age. Also thats when your schooling is ending andd you start you career

    I don't really know what age I want to be at because I am happy the way I am and that life should be full of surprises. Not something you expect so it is more fun that way. Once last year my mom got a set of those candles that never go out unless they touch water.

    18. because that when you gain more responsibilities, and your are starting to be treated equally to adults, but there are still restrictions in your life.

    21, because then u can drink and have all the responsibility set on u and u can take on the world yourself.

    I don't look forward to being any age. I like the age im at right now because we have a good amount of freedom and responsibility that pretty much even out, without having to worry about too many large responsibilities.

    18 beacuse you earn more responsibility and you can pick to go to college,work,or into the military.

    i look forward to being 17 because then i will be allowed to drive by myself whenever i want to, this will give me the freedom to do anything i want without relying on my parents completely.

    I look forward to being aroudn 25 because I will hopefully have a solid job and be out of school. I can more so do whatever I want once I'm on my own.

    I don't look forward to any age because i like the age i am at because i have alot of freedom and and more time to hang out with friends outside of school.

    I look forward to being at least 18 because i will be out of high school and in college by myself without anyone to rely on for anything that i do now.

    i dont really know what age because i like my life and age now but i also think it would be nice to be in my 20's because then i'll be out of school and finally starting a career

    i like being a teenager, but i do look forward to after 21 when people wont judge you as a kid, and ill have much more independence.

    25 becasue by then, you have all responsibilty set on yourself and your done, or almost done with schooling and then you can start your life on your own or with your partner.

    18 because i would be able to do alot more things and have more freedom. i would be out of school and go anywhere i want.

    I want to be in my 30s Because at that point youll hopefully have a career and starting a family. Also at this age you can be known as an adult.

    i look forward to being 18 beecause its the age where you get more of your freedoms and still can do many things that you want to because you still dont have all of your responsibilites that adults which also means you dont have all the stresses.
