Some of us have siblings (sisters and/or brothers), and some of us don't. How does this affect you? Is it important? Do you ever wish your family was "put together" differently?

  2. yes it is important to me that im an only child. yes this does effect me because i never gwet to see them, but when i do it always turns out to be a big fight. i wish that my dads side of the family would just let thier pat go behind them

  3. I have a brother who makes me laugh when I am upset so it really helps. We were seperated at birth and adopted by the same parents. Even though he anoys me a bit he is still a great brother who looks out for me when I need help and would do almost anything for me. I also would do anything for him.

  4. I am the oldest of seven. I always wished that I had on older brother or sister. I had to always be the responsible one. I was not allowed to do certain things at certains ages that my younger siblings were then allowed to do. I guess that I felt I was less important at times because the youngest in the family always seemed to get all of the attention. My baby brother was born when I was in 10th grade, a time in a teens life when a lot is happening and big decisions are made. I can relate to Holden not feeling that his parents care about him.

  7. I have an older sister who is 26 years old. She is like a best friend to me and I know i can go to her for absolutely anything. I have always looked up to her for all of the achievements that she's made in her life. I love spending time with her with and her husband at their house as much as I can. She plays such an important role in my life, I don't know what I would do without her.

  8. I have two brothers and one sister, all older than me, all around 15 years older than me. This makes my relationship with them very different. I dont see them as much because they live on their own. I always wish that I saw them more often. But then I think that if i did see them all the time that the relationship we have now wouldnt be as good as it is. Ocassionally I do wish for change in my siblings but I like how it is at the moment, they are sort of like another set of parents for me... cool parents though! :)

  9. i have a younger brother who means the world to me.we are 4 years apart and we both have the same taste in music,we laugh alot, and we are always there for eachother whenever the support is needed. i like my family just the way they are. the only thing i wish was better in my faimly is my parents not splitting up. its makes things twice as hard for me and my brother as it normally would and going back and fourth really throws me and my brother off and even my step brother and stresses us all out sometimes. other than that,my family is great and well suportive.

  10. I have 3 sisters. One older than me and 2 younger than me. I know what it's like not having my 2 little sisters because i've lived 7 years without them. But i dont know what i would do without my older sister because she's always been there for me and she's one of the people i look up to. Her and i are very close and we always have fun hanging out together.

  12. Having a older sister has always ment the world to me, she is someone i could always model myself after. and its very important to me that i have her in my life. everybody at one time or another wishes their family different. but i dont, every family has their ups and downs that comes with the territory.
